What happens after preview
Pricing will be introduced after general availability. Early-access users will get a grandfathered grace period and discounted rates on whatever paid tier they choose to move to. You’ll always be told before anything changes — no surprise invoices, no auto-charging cards we don’t have on file.

Is there really no charge during preview?[+]
Yes. No credit card. No usage cap that triggers an invoice. Preview is wide and intentionally free so the team can give buyers a real sense of the data before pricing exists.
Will I be auto-charged when pricing launches?[+]
No. We don't have your card on file. When pricing launches we'll email you, show you the tiers, and you choose whether to continue.
Can I use the data commercially?[+]
During preview, internal commercial use is fine — sales intelligence, deal sourcing, partnerships, internal dashboards. Resale or sublicensing is out of scope; ask us if you need it.
What's the rate limit on the API?[+]
Fair-use: 60 requests/minute, 50,000 requests/day per account during preview. Anything outside that — ask us.
How fresh is the data?[+]
Verified records re-check on a rolling 30-day cadence. New discoveries flow in continuously, with most sources scanning at sub-hour latency.
Do you support GDPR / CCPA / data subject requests?[+]
Yes. Subject access, correction, and erasure requests honored. See the privacy policy or email info@crossgliding.com.
Can I request custom sources or regions?[+]
Yes. Tell us the registry, directory, or wire you want added. We add new sources weekly during preview based on user requests.
